1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bandarsbo2 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at bandarsbo2.cam and all associated services, applications, and tools offered thereon.

By accessing the Platform, creating player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the Bandarsbo2 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all players in Malaysia and any other jurisdiction in which the Platform is accessible, subject to applicable local laws. • "Deposit" refers to any transfer of funds by the Player into their Bandarsbo2 Account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification required by Bandarsbo2 before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" refers to the Bandarsbo2 website, mobile interface, and all associated services operated at bandarsbo2.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a Player's Account to a designated personal payment method.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on the Bandarsbo2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Bandarsbo2 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or affiliate of any third party in connection with your Account activity, unless a separate written agreement exists.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by Bandarsbo2for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, or direct relative of an employee or director of Bandarsbo2 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are the sole and exclusive owner of the payment methods used to fund your Account and the recipient account used for withdrawals.

4. Account Registration

Each natural person may hold only one Account on the Bandarsbo2 Platform. Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Bandarsbo2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

KYC Verification

Bandarsbo2 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other acceptable identity document, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of ownership of your designated payment methods. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request will be processed.

5. Deposits & Payments

Bandarsbo2 accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels, each subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform at the time of the transaction:

• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions.
• DuitNow Transfer: Instant bank-to-bank transfer using registered DuitNow IDs.
• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Minimum equivalent deposit of MYR 30 applies.

All deposits are subject to a minimum amount of RM 30 unless otherwise specified. Deposits made via approved channels will be credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Bandarsbo2 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment systems.

You acknowledge that you are depositing funds for the sole purpose of lawful wagering on the Platform. Bandarsbo2 reserves the right to investigate and refuse any deposit that is suspected of being linked to unlawful activity, including money laundering or third-party funding arrangements.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The Account has completed KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the applicable daily or account-tier withdrawal limit.
• The Account is in good standing with no outstanding investigations, flags, or compliance holds.
• The designated withdrawal method matches the funding source used for the original deposit, where required.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to KYC clearance and network conditions:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost): Typically 5–30 minutes.
• DuitNow Transfer: Typically 15minutes to 4 hours.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Same business day to 1 business day.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT): Subject to blockchain network confirmation, typically under 60 minutes.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Bandarsbo2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. By opting in to any promotion, you agree to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may specify a minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limits, and a wagering requirement that must be met before Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds and any winings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is completed.
• Bandarsbo2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the Welcome Bonus.

VIP & Loyalty Rewards

Bandarsbo2 operates a tiered loyalty programme comprising Silver, Gold, and Diamond VIP tiers. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative eligible wagering activity. Tier benefits, including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawals, and dedicated account management, are subject to change at Bandarsbo2's discretion.

8. Player Conduct

You agree not to use the Bandarsbo2 Platform for any unlawful, abusive, or improper purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the Platform for any money laundering or financial fraud scheme.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information or impersonating any other person.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operations of the Platform or interferes with the experience of other users.

Bandarsbo2 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent termination of the offending Account without prior notice.

9. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Bandarsbo2 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game, sport, or event. Players are encouraged to review the applicable betting rules before placing any wager.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bandarsbo2 does not accept cancellation requests after bet confirmation, except in the case of a documented Platform error.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault affecting bet processing, Bandarsbo2 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake.
• Live betting odds are subject to real-time market fluctuations. Bandarsbo2 is not liable for any delay between a Player viewing a price and the price at the time of bet confirmation.
• For sports betting events — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), and UFC — official results from the relevant governing body will be used for settlement purposes.
• Maximum payout limits per event may apply and are published within the relevant betting section of the Platform.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Bandarsbo2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player without prior contact with Bandarsbo2 support.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon termination for breach, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where the Account is closed at the Player's request and no breach exists, the outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method following successful KYC verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bandarsbo2 and its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings due to a technical error or connectivity issue outside Bandarsbo2's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss resulting from a Player's decision to wager on any game, market, or event.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security.

The Platform and its services are provided on an "as available" basis. Bandarsbo2 does not warrant uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any service outages, scheduled maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bandarsbo2 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, marketing materials, and textual content — is the exclusive property of Bandarsbo2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent of Bandarsbo2.

13. Privacy & Data Protection
